Meet the team

Five Talents UK consists of a small London-based team which fundraises for our partners and provides programme oversight. All of our projects are implemented via a network of partner organisations, each of which have detailed knowledge of the area in which they work.

As a registered charity, Five Talents has a Board of Trustees. We are also proud to have the Archbishop of Canterbury as our patron.

Commitment to equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion
In 2020, we undertook a wide-ranging review of our Diversity and Inclusion policies and practice based on the Black Lives Matter movement and Charity So White movement, and we committed to learn more about systemic racism, specifically racism in the international development sector. As a result, our UK board members have resolved that at least one-third of Board positions should be held by people from ethnic minorities (especially but not exclusively) from countries where we work and at least 50% of the board should be women.
